3 Days Wonderful Wayayand Tour Itinerarary
Day 1: Kozhikode - Wayanad (86 km/ 2 hours)
You arrive at the railway station/airport in Kozhikode for the trip to commence. You are then taken to Wayanad through a swift transfer. On reaching, you check in at the hotel. Shortly after you advance to Chembra Peak, you have to take a hike up the peak, and on the way, you will come across an attractive lake in the shape of a heart. However, the walk uphill is worth it for the view, and the place is very peaceful. After this, you return to the hotel and spend the night.
Day 2: Wayanad
After breakfast, start your day by visiting Pookot Lake, a scenic freshwater lake. A ride on the lake provides a view of the fresh and green surroundings. Next, you will be thrilled to see Soojipara Falls for its beauty and the rich resources it provides. Furthermore, visit the Banasura Sagar, Asia's second-largest earth dam. Later, you will explore the walls of the Edakkal Caves; it is a popular site among tourists and archeologists worldwide. You can also visit the Pakshipathalam and Meenmutty Waterfalls; they are equally striking to look at. After a long day of adventure, you can take a rest or go out on your own to check out more places. Stay overnight.
Day 3: Wayanad - Kozhikode (86 km/ 2 hours)
This short and sweet tour ends with your departure to the respective stations or airport at Kozhikode.
