Kodaikanal Lake

Also known as Kodai Lake, Kodaikanal Lake is an artificial lake, set in the Kodaikanal city in Dindigul district in Tamil Nadu, India. The lake was constructed back in the year 1863 in the shape of a star. Today, Kodaikanal Lake is one of the top tourist attractions of Kodaikanal.

Rowboats and pedalos are available at the Boat Club which is located near to the lake. Horses and cycles are also available for a ride around the place. The lake is known to offer a serene ambience to all the visitors. The attraction is a must-visit for those who wish to relax for some time.
